It looks vaguely like an HDMI cable, or maybe USB. Seeing as this is cyberpunk however it's probably something that you'd connect either to a computer to download or upload information, or to connect two people together directly.

Hell no for all I know that looks like thunderbolt cable, it has direct memory access. I memory hack things to get crypto keys, I am not keen on getting hacked myself :)
