Riftwall is the name of the tavern Maeve lives in with her mother Adira. I'm guessing Amelia is the owner and proprietor of another Riftwall Tavern somewhere else in the world. It's called "Riftwall" because there's a portal, or rift, in a wall that leads to another tavern. Presumably Amelia's tavern. But the portal was black and nonfunctional when they showed it.

Huh, at first I thought you were mistaken, since I remember the portrait on the wall being Adira. Looks like we’re both right, which is weird. On that page we can see the portrait _is_ of Adira, but in the reflection on the portal, it’s clearly Amelia (brown clothes, longer sleeves, different hair and markings, and even the nameplate is visible!). In a previous panel, looking down the hall, there’s only one portrait there, on the left, Adira’s, and none on the right side. I never noticed that weird shift before. Maybe it has to do with the magic of the portal...

Technically, yes. She is the owner of the other Riftwall Tavern on the other side of the "Rift", the portal in the tavern that went dark before Team A got to Edinmire. It's implied that something happened on the opposite side of the portal and that we will find out in a future chapter (and subsequently meet Amelia, assuming she is still alive)

Her eyes being uncolored make it look like she is blind. Maybe she is and she can see with some kind of psychic/magic power. Or maybe it's foreshadowing to her eventual appearance in the comic and she went blind when her Tavern was burned down by Wolves

My guess is the tavern was probably burnt down by the advancing wolf armies. We don't know the exact location of the other tavern I think, but if it's in any of the major western human cities it's likely that the front line has already reached it if not moved beyond it, leaving it in occupied territory

My theory is that, being keidran-run and well-known-ish, the wolves probably wouldn’t have burnt it down, and just captured and commandeered the tavern, to use the portal for a tactical advantage. They kept the portal deactivated/blocked off, and bided their time in preparation for the operation against Edinmire.
