Saria brushes Rose during shedding season and has a little fun, suggested by iliar!

No one can resist the brushy brushy. It's futile.

Foxy

XD

DarthKeidran

I wonder what Rose looked like before being on the receiving end of an extremely long and defluffing brushing.

Keith Keiser

I hope Natani doesn't shed like that soon

LegoBoy71617

Looks like it’s time for another floof sketch request.

CrimsonQuill086

'It wasn't' XD. I notice this is an ultra-sized version

Wolf guy

What did you expect Rose. She’s the playful one.

LifeWulf

They're both so cute in this, I love Saria's facial expression. By the way, is it just on my end, or have the sketches gotten lower in resolution lately?

Todd Zircher

Ha! I have an Anatolian Shepard and I'm on the subscription plan. I get a new fluff puppy every week or two.

DarthKeidran

I'm not sure. I haven't really payed much attention. There is the possibility they have been on accident, or otherwise, Patreon might be downgrading resolution on upload… It's not like that kind of shenanigans hasn't happened before on Patreon or other websites in the past.

DiDiDi-X

Oh my goodness. Rose looks so beautiful after she got groomed. And it summoned another version of her.

LifeWulf

I used to save each one, sometimes Tom puts so much love into a sketch it can be used as a wallpaper even before it gets coloured. But I can't do that now, not that I'm entitled to hi-res sketches. ^^;

Malen69

This needs to be a thing between maren and scyth.

DarthKeidran

Yes!!! Someone please suggest Sythe after Maren Brushes the hell out of him (also, Nibs needs to be sitting upright in the middle of Sythe's fur pile with a happy or a jelly face). I'll add it to my pile of suggestions, but I'm also going to try my Page 92 redraw this week if Tom's doing a sketch stream or didn't Tom's Pick it in his free time.

Estragon

Looking a bit less straight laced there, Rose.

Shadow

I go through the same thing with my dog's fur, when brushing them.

Sons of Lorgar

And then Anthro-Nibbles gets a brushing and massage too :P

Miftox 01

I've just failed my driving license test and was very upset with myself. But this made my day a whole lot better. Thanks Tom🤗

Volpethrope

Click the image to expand it to full size and save THAT. If you just right-click save the image in the post as it is, it gives a downscaled version.

LifeWulf

I'm on mobile right now. Opening the image in Firefox used to show the full size image which would let me save it, after Patreon decided to make their app worse by not allowing you to save directly from it. Perhaps they broke that functionality too.

Kasey Sandman

I wonder do bastions shed? ~how about a whole picture~ with all the furred characters shedding?

DarthKeidran

Don't be sad, Get GLAD. On a serious note, sorry to hear you failed the test. Which test was it, Driving or Written/Digital? If Driving, you just need a little more practice driving before retrying. If Written/Digital, try taking what you know about what was missed, and study those points specifically.

Richard Hansen

If maybe it's something weird with Firefox, I use the app version of patreon, which is free, and it allows me to click the image to get it bigger. Hope this helps. 😎

DarthKeidran

Big Picture, Big Picture of Floof!

K.A.R.R.

Everyday is a good day when a pic with Rose is uploaded.

DarthKeidran

As I said on a previous Sketch "Un-Limited Fluffer!"

Keith Keiser

We are short furred, hardly any shedding

VGR

If Rose were to get up and parade around in that thin fur, there’d be multiple nosebleeds in a 500 foot radius.

LifeWulf

The Patreon app on Android does not allow me to "get it bigger". Tapping on the image shows a menu that lets me open it in my Gallery (can't save it from there), Firefox, Google Photos (also can't save), or LocalCast. According to my Gallery app, the resolution of the image it gets sent is 620x425.

iliar

What? "sketches gotten lower in resolution"? This sketch has extremely high resolution: 5606x3840. Much bigger than most other sketches.

Alvarin_IL

Rose has Samoed ancestry?

Kai G.

Just click on the image and it opens in high quality.

My instructor says my problem is that I'm already to comfortable with driving, which makes me miss important signs and interpret some situations wrong. Today I missed, that the one way road I was on had become a two way street. I was asked to turn left (you couldn't overlook the turn bc of shrubbery) and I drove to the left side of the street (would have been right, if it was still a one way road) but that made me a danger for other people, which made me fail the test (the German driving test is rightfully called one of the most difficult). The next problem: My next possible attempt is on the 12th of august. But I was supposed to move to another city for University on the 2nd. But on a lighter note: Today I got the acceptance email for my application to study Luft-und Raumfahrttechnik (basically Air and space engineering)😊 So with this post in addition, my day hasn't been too bad :) Also: thanks for your support @DarthKeidran

LifeWulf

Okay so it's just mobile Patreon that's absolutely terrible. If not for the push notifications I would never use this app. What are their coders doing over there...

Malen69

that would be the result if Scyth gave anthro nibs a massage ;)

Joshkebab

She looks so cold and uncomfortable

Anonymous

Damn rose looks cute.

MoppyPuppy

Saria is blushing because the whole time she was revealing an increasingly svelte and physically fit Rose.

metalman20

looks like these 2 have gotten into quite a hairy situation

Thisguy

How is Saria not covered in hair herself? Magic?

Ordithus

Haha, they are really cute together! Rose <3

Xian

As the proud owner of a 90 pounds furball, I can attest this is exactly what happens when you brush them... they produce a bag of fur bigger than the dog you took it from...

Went Brown

Saria and Roselyn are soo cute.

SCD

And that's how keidran people clone themselves.

ijuinkun

Yes, it's like when I brush my cat and end up with enough loose fur to knit another cat . . .

JAB the Tab

how to get an easy threesome.

JAB the Tab

but the question is who’s better at grooming? saria or maren?

csstats

I like to think that Saria and Rose were more than friends, they really are adorable together.

Supreme Leader Porg

So did she just Lose that much of her normal hair, or did saria just dye some of the normal fur red on the clone?

DarthKeidran

At least you don’t have to perfect The Drusselstein Driving Test Waltz ( https://youtu.be/WWwiKjCli94 ). I certainly do, however, wish you luck sorting out your next driving test. On the flip side, that’s exciting. I actually have wanted to become a pilot for quite some time, but a number of situations have limited me to Flight Simulator X (cant wait for the upcoming Flight Simulator) and X-Plane 11. I’ve also heard that a lot of companies use X-Plane for minimal prototype simulation for new aircraft design because the flight engine is physics based.

DarthKeidran

So you’re saying she could singlehandedly defeat the entire Basitin Nation, except maybe the musclehead general, by causing them to self-bleed-out?

DarthKeidran

Maybe you should try some Knittin Kitten. You might even be able to sell them, provided the fur was sufficiently clean prior to being brushed.

DarthKeidran

Today’s showdown: Maren V Saria! The Victims: Sythe and Roselyn!

Torbjörn Larsson

Now do Adira by Maeve, make it become a purr suit.

Miftox 01

Yeah, I thought about becoming a pilot myself. But sadly it is way too expensive for me and I don't think I would be able to handle the responsibility. That's why I want to stick to building planes :) And what did you become in the end, or what do you study?

VGR

Lynn would be unaffected.

Steve Gloria

Is anyone in this story straight? XD

Adamas

we had a newfie mix and took him to the groomer. Poor girl, I swear the loose fur weighed more than she did. We joked about having it woven into tactical wear for the local police dogs. All 6 of them.

Adamas

*Blazeblue announcer* "Cannot escape from brushing Fate!... Ready?... GROOM!"

DarthKeidran

Technically yes. Most sketches boil down to being nothing more than fan fiction. Using info in the comic itself, The Dragon Masquerade, and The Prank Pixie Panic, you can say almost all the cast is at least straight and at most bi. On the other hand, a handful of sketches may have at least some bearing in canon in regards to the characters within (E.G. Reference Sheets can reasonably be considered 100% canon). The problem is that without a straight up “Canon” tag, it can be a bit difficult to know for sure what is canon because, like Elon Musk, it can be difficult to tell if Tom’s serious when he says “Everything’s Canon”.

DarthKeidran

From Left to Right: Roselyn Fur Pile Clone (made by Saria), Roselyn, and Saria.

DarthKeidran

Possibly, that smooch between Keith and Natani reactivated his ears sufficiently that it nearly caused two knockouts.

DarthKeidran

First, Apple tech support (via a third party called Teleperformance, but I was an actual AppleCare Senior Advisor in the Mac+ department (meaning I can help with almost anything Apple)). I ended up losing that job thanks to off-site management’s constant unnecessary changes. I’m now a Correctional Officer working in a unit that usually has around 150 inmates. I chose that instead of another tech support job for two reasons, the first is that I might be able to make a positive impact on someone’s life, leading to positive change (at times I feel like I’m part of an exclusive club when it comes to that), and the second reason was a tad more selfish… job security. Between my Car, House, and Credit Card, I’ve got over $130,000 (USD) in debt (partially due to the 6 month unemployment period prior to becoming a CO). I do want to get started on a webcomic and Patreon off my own that I’ve had in the works to possibly get a little money on the side if not just get my story out there. It’s about a fictitious 9-11 survivor who has the ability to manipulate matter at the subatomic level, but doesn’t learn about it until he’s much older, bitter, full of survivors guilt, and a vengeful member of the armed forces. I’ve only written the first two chapters, but you can read my prologue preview below. https://www.deviantart.com/darthkeidran/art/Omni-Webcomic-Prologue-Preview-671258829

Patrick Horton

It's cute to think that Rose and Saria may have a Fling or ten during their friendship. It could also explain why Rose took on a more McGonagall persona after the death of her friend.

Mr reaper

I see what you did there 😝😝😝

DarthKeidran

Thanks for the follow. I’ve got a Darth Vader shirt I’ve been designing in hopes of Star Wars Theory using it on some merchandise that I’ll probably upload soon if I don’t get in touch with him.

Lexio

Lol cute XD

RanaMcNeil

To quote a friend of mine: "Just brushed my dog. Made a new one. " XD
