My reasoning is that unless the Riftwall is healed, one of the two would need to make a long and dangerous journey just to see one another again. During the above journey, the journeying sister’s tavern would be unprotected. Ok. With all these comments referring to Portal, I’m inclined to learn how to make a TwoKinds Mod for both Portal games. One that will let you replace Chel with any of the cast, and replace GLaDOS with a cybernetic Nora, Clovis, Brahn, or Mask.

There are SDK's on net (some on steam) first one is based off hl as far as i remember and is "easy" to edit, second one is based off source engine, probably you could do it by swapping assets and animations. There might be some problem with non-standard skeleton however ;-;

Depending on how much resources you have you could even consider finding map editor for both games and making transition to new engine like ue4 and there you would have complete freedom of editing
