Markvincible

I hate seeing sad brutus, happy Brutus is best!

AstroChaos

Man, that is one sad puppy there in the first panel.

Shockblaster

Those puppy eyes... I love it

Runeru

Man.. Clovis actually showed a shred of actual caring.~ AS CLOVIS!!??

IvyReed

Brutus is the gentle and good man, that Clovis doesn't deserve to have in his life transformed into a woman.

Trollman906

It’s probably the magic of the curse that Nora placed on him

The Sexy Beast

Clovis just needs to get piss drunk again and let the magic happen.

AhegaoDragon

Man dogs are loyal, if you take a dogs friend away they get really sad. :(

VGR

I feel bad dashing everybody’s hopes, but I interpreted this as, “I’ll probably slip up and get ‘caught’ again in the future.”

Runeru

Well that is for you. Verizon was probably something different. You weren't dashing anyting. :3

coredumperror

Awwww, I think Clovis might just be falling for Good Boy Brutus. :)

Sad Brutus made me fail the vide check

Roughlandin

Cut to a few weeks later. Brutus is still laid up in bed after Defending the Boss. Clovis' sister makes an appearance to help Brutus feel better. Brutus keeps asking for different things from Clovis and his sister. The Boss has to pull a Mrs. Doubtfire routine to keep up the illusion. Hijinks ensue.

McClaw

Or Clovis gets someone (probably under some sort of domination so they don't dare betray Clovis) to impersonate "him". Hijinks ensue...

Nullwolfw55

Does this mean that Clovis might possess something resembling a heart?

Shockblaster

We've all seen Clovis' "nightmares"... Though I'm starting to think those were more normal dreams

LupusK

D’awww, just to make him happy. ^~^ you got a soft side there Clovis.

Roughlandin

Clovis bleaches Carver's fur and gives him a wig.

Careful - I sense bad juju if Brutus starts blabbering about being chummy with the Boss' "sister." Carver might just be sly enough to put two and two together.

pumacatrun2

VGR the original prompt was phrased to be more that he said it for Brutus' sake, but I think Tom intentionally made it readable both ways.

AlleyWayTC

Argh! I keep coming back just to look at Brutus's expressions!
