I get the joke, but it's still weird that the siblings are willing to present themselves naked to Keith at the same time. %) Perhaps Zen shares Nat's affinity for crude humor. And perhaps Zen is starting to accept Keith and Nat's relationship.

And to be honest, I think the joke will be on Zen and Nat. I have long suspected that a fully male Nat would make no difference to Keith - after all, had he never been banished from the island, there's a good chance he would have had a thing with Alaric - which for all we know may have resulted in his banishment anyway.
