See this is the problem with Tom he's too stubborn to bring on extra help if he did he'd be able to make this comic and Twokinds. Although I don't blame him, he's just worried about losing control over it and in the modern creative world that's not a pointless fear.

The thing is, this one is supposed to take place In the same universe, but long after the events of the current twokinds comic (my guess would be it’s at least a couple thousand years later, considering it has a much more modern setting) so if we haven’t seen how the current comic ends yet, then knowledge of certain event in the future of the current comic would be missing, and so some things that would otherwise make sense with prior knowledge of those future events, wouldn’t make any sense because we wouldn’t know what caused those things to be that way

I'm not used to being this top heavy!" Sam: "Who are you? Are you guys ok?" Florence: "We seem to have switched bodies. I don't know how, but we have." Sam: "Welcome to the club." Colin: (to self) "I wonder if she notices me!" *Willow and Laura enter, swapped* Willow: "... but the part that really gets me is that I'm now a fox, but you're also still a fox. How?!" Laura: "I'm not sure what's happening. Let's ask Natani." (Walks up to Florence) "Natani, do you know what's going on?" Florence: *Desperately trying to hide breasts* "Natani? Oh! We, uh, swapped bodies. Natani's the shorter wolf now" Natani: (shouts from where she stands) "I don't know what's going on!" Sam: "So we all want back to our normal selves, right?" All (ex. Natani and Colin): "Right!" Natani and Colin: "We do?" Sam: "So who can help us get there?" All: "no clue." Sam: "So when does this wear off?" Natani: "Hopefully never" Florence: "Hopefully soon" Colin: "Excuse me, I have a suggestion." *Sam turns and looks at Colin. The love theme from every movie ever plays* Sam (drooling, to self): "He's... still... hot." Colin: "Perhaps there's a doctor we could talk to" Laura: "A templar, maybe?" Natani: "Aw man, back to the breasts I guess." Florence: "Hallelujah!" *All exit except Sam, who stares after Colin and continues to drool.*
