Trace, when he tapped into his power to protect Flora and his friends on the Island, killed the Master Architect, his students, several guards, and nearly killed King Adelaide while also protecting Laura from a magic mad General Alabaster. I don't like Keith's chances against Old!Trace, like, at all.

Unless it's a Basitin of the 5th century vs a modern soldier of the 21st century. Then I'd dare say they'd be pretty evenly matched (PS yes that's the time period of the story (the 5th century))
