.....thank you. I did not know I needed this until I had it...

James Vineyard

At least she has a "realistic" view of herself.

Lace Writing

We posted a comment each at the very same time. lol

You shall not pass! I am a servant of the Secret Fire, wielder of the flame of Anor. Dark fire will not avail you, flame of Udûn! You! Shall! Not! Pass!

Saberbeam

Thank you Tom, quite excellent as always! 😄 Ok, should the background music for this be something from Lord of the Rings to stay with the theme, the action music from The Lion King or do we just go full on Terminator theme here? 😁

Dhaka Yeena

Oh I’m hoping this gets colored

Elvenhunter84

The big glowing orbs are his weakpoint

AstroChaos

Hrm... I mean, the LoTR music is plenty epic so might as well run with it

AstroChaos

This will be glorious when it gets coloured.

JasonAW3

You know, I'm surprised nobody has done a Harry Potter / Lord of the Ring mash up with Harry looking at Gandalf, and Gandalf doing his famous "You Shall Not Pass!" with Harry looking destroyed at the end of the video...

JasonAW3

I thought she already got him in "the big glowing orbs"?

David Gipe

Ok I've always wondered, the color glow. Is that done by a hue brush on light gray?

Thomas Fischbach

I sketch in blue on a transparent layer, and then when I want to add a glow I simply lock the transparency (sometimes called "alpha lock" or "preserve alpha" in some programs) and paint with a red/orange brush over my lines. It creates the glow effect on the lines without coloring over the white areas, thus preserving the lineart. This does not work when painting directly onto a white canvas on a single layer, traditional style. For that, you'd have to use some mode like "screen" or "add" on the brush to ignore white, but it won't give quite the same effect in my experience.

"Where is the nest and the acorn? Where is the squirrel that was squeaking? They have passed like nuts in the winter. Like a hawk in the meadow. The days have gone down in the wood, behind the trees... into shadow."

Roughlandin

Woah, epic! Truly, Nibbs is the hero we both need and deserve. Can't wait for this one to get colored, lol. Thanks Tom! Congrats Saberbeam!

David Gipe

Thank you for the reply. I'll play around with that for editing, much simpler and better than the multilayer blends I've been experimenting with.

Saberbeam

True, hard to go wrong with that :)

Ordithus

Aw hell yeah, looks badass

Estragon

I am a servant of the Secret Teeth, wielder of the Fur of Anor. You cannot pass! The dark fire will not avail you, Flame of Clovis.

RivCA

Fly, you fools!

Muddypaws

I can see Nibs suddenly swelling up to Nora’s stature and .... “Bite!”

Adamas

No, those were the big hairy orbs. Opposite end of the body, but just as vulnerable.
