You know your shattered ribs, tibia, pelvis, femurs, and other bones aren’t healed yet.” Remus: “It’s that demon that caused this to begin with. It stole my casts and left me in the cone of shame.” CNA: *sigh* “I’ll be back with some more cast material.” *leaves room* “Hey, he’s saying some crazy things. I think we need to get him on psyche meds while he’s here.”

So, now I can't get the idea out of my head that the manor has an enchantment that no fatal injuries can occur on the grounds without the master's say-so. Which means Roan actually survived his crispination, and is currently lying in another hospital bed in a pile of bandages and blackened fur. Probably holding a little sign that reads, "Ouch." Which led to the FURTHER idea of Adira and Maeve coming by to visit everyone in the hospital (Sythe, Reni, and Zen probably need their own beds too.) and Maeve sneaking off. At which point, she surprise noms on Roan's crispy tail, causing him to make a Tom and Jerry scream sound and rocket through the roof. ...My brain is weird sometimes. Great work, Tom! Congrats, FoxSpirit!

A possibly more in character response could be him sleeping off the poisoning like a hangover and just assuming a nightmare since "boss would never do that" but honestly I am kinda hoping for a way to save Brutus. Easily a 5star minion
