Yea I too like a lot concept of mana based tech. This is even more interesting as mana is technically life force - that would suggest that some mana based constructs can be 'alive' (and maybe even have personality?). It would be hilarious to see for example sentient toaster depressed over its life purpose (reference to Rick and Morty).
