maybe if we could we should free her and i believe i'm probably a better as a brute with magic and physical attacks and you could probably use your smarts to negotiate though i'm fairly smart aswell so we could do what we can physically and with our intellect as i know both of us have negatives and positives with our persanality and perception

Sorry, it's sometimes confusing to sort through comments and try and differentiate between what is intended as fun and sarcastic and what isn't and who that might be directed at.

Nobody knows, the trouble I've seen 🎵 On a serious note, nice emotional piece. I do like how the negative space, while being empty and lonely, still have little bits that add so much. Also, is it really canon that Saria was involved in Rose's escape? I've not been 100% on whether that is truly canon or a fun alternate story.

If I had seen this earlier today I would've suggested a follow-up sketch where Mary meets Rose in her cell before reading her mind to get answers about her connections to Euchre.

I'm fairly sure that it's still canon. If I remember correctly, Tom said that he left the page showing it out of the main comic because he was framing the flashback as someone's narration (Euchre, I believe), and they couldn't have firsthand knowledge of how Rose was freed.

Don't worry about it, Kap. Conflict just seems to follow Joshua around whenever he comments on Tom's work. Mostly because his comments typically consist of either him misgendering Nat on purpose, whining when any male character is depicted as anything but perfectly stereotypically "masculine", or taking offense any time a commenter even hints at shipping two male characters with each other. Check his comment history on his profile for a glimpse at the beacon of friendly positivity he brings to this community. Actually, don't. Just ignore him. Like everybody should.

And for the record, I am not roleplaying as Alaric, lol. The male fanservice suggestions are personal preferences and my username was inspired by the book Dreamcatcher (Pennywise Lives). Admittedly, I can be sensitive to certain comments so thank you for the heads up, Roughlandin

No problem, Al. Like I said, if you want to get a look at who Josh is, check his comment history on his profile. If he's not just being generally combative over nothing, he's complaining about Keith "constantly being forced to wear a dress" (which I'm pretty sure has only been sketched like two or three times), sniping at anyone who ships Mike and Evals or any other male/male pairing, or misgendering Nat on purpose and starting fights when people (rightly) correct him. He's some weird alt-right Proud Boy type that clutches pearls any time something is depicted that isn't strictly heterosexual or doesn't follow "traditional gender norms". Also he sucks at cursing. Hopefully one day he just gives up and goes away to find something that actually makes him happy, instead of spending his money to complain and start fights here.

Jeez, I really can't understand why some ppl get all cray-cray when it comes to same-sex relationships or gender-indentities that differ from the norm. I personally ship Mike and Evals and would find them to be adorable together. (Ok, I've laid the bait, now let's set a timer and wait *cackles in evil* ) XD
