I always thought of it as a dense language with a lot of honorifics that need to be juggled. Kinda like Japanese, in structure if not in sound.

If we're talking a language with thick honorifics then they'd probably be very similar to Korean I think there's like seven different ways you can address someone going all the way from a servant to an equal to your parents to a King to God that's the thing about the Asian languages they are very layered

Ooh. You should see my Tashoonian language. I based it, very loosely, on Japanese. To my knowledge, there are no real Japanese words, though. I just used the consonant sound coupled with a vowel sound that they use.

There are other editions, of course." Nat: "Your people made an entire written language just for one book of laws?" Keith: "Not JUST the book, no. There are also things like legal forms, court documents, Royal Council meeting minutes..." Nat: *Sighs.* "...And they say your people have no culture."
