Maddie is wide-eyed and clearly impressed. In the bleachers, Adira is waving her fist angrily towards Maddie as King Adelaide sits next to her, cross-armed and wearing a smug and bemused smile. Kat is trotting towards Maddie, carrying a first-aid kit. Trace is sitting at the end of the bleachers, watching but not understanding what's going on. Flora is next to him, cheering and waving a small triangular flag that doesn't match either side's colors.

For Dodgeball? Probably a disadvantage. For Paintball? Advantage. Paintball hits only count if the round breaks (and leaves a coin sized mark), so a fluffy tail can act as a shield and absorb the hits without breaking the balls.

As much as I may want Maeve to win, I cannot ignore that Lt. Madelyn _absolutely_ has Basitin military training at her disposal. Maeve's lack of such might give her a slight edge at first, due to the (probably) chaotic tactics she'll use, but Maddie's espionage suite will learn those tactics sooner or later and she'll be boxed in.

Ironically, that's a lot of airtime. If Maddie gets a second ball (dodgeball was always a team game when I played, shouldn't be hard) then two rockets sent the snep's way will finish her. One to force Maeve to jump, the other is a matter of intuitive physics calculations.
