It's a Western Isles expression." Adira: "You know, these steamed pans are awfully similar to those from Tom's To-Go Service." Maddie: "Oh no. Old family recipe." Maeve: *Gives Maddie a stunned "You're really going with this" expression* Adelaide: "For steamed pans." Maddie: *Sweating* "Yes." Adelaide: *Trying so hard to hold it together for her daughter who's trying so hard, but looks like she could explode with laughter at any second* "And you call them steamed pans despite the fact that they are obviously cooked on a flatiron."
