Lynn, magic, and school, requested by OMGITSABIST!

Seems not being able to use magic doesn't stop an intelligent Basitin from learning the principles of it and teaching others how to apply them.

1 of 2 quick sketches made for the winners of a discord fanart contest last year!

It was said during my days in the Fire and Life Sciences Academy (FDNY'S training academy, EMS operations side) 'Those who can, do. Those who can't, teach.' Of course they were referring to instructors who (after years of service and often injury or illness) could no longer withstand the rigors of street operations but still hd an incredible wealth of knowledge to be shared with the probies!! P.S.‐ I HATE AUTO MISSPELL!

I'd sign up for that class... every semester.

DiDiDi-X

I would attend every class to have Lynn teach me magic.

Jasonfax

I just read magic lol instead of 101

i'd happily be taught by a basitin on how magic works no matter how well a basitin can use magic atleast they can teach how magic is supposed to work without showing it while a keidran or a human can teach me practical magic

silver dragonia

i do hope i can outclass you in smarts with magic both of you and i do believe i can outclass sekty in magic power level and magic endurance (what i mean is keep using magic without any exhaustion short to long term though i'd probably be exhausted by the law of magic i set my race magic)

silver dragonia

i'd happily be taught how to flirt with basitins as i'd like to have one as a lover or a keidran as a lover

KaiserDunk

Well, by that definition he could also teach SexEd.

hippiewerewolf

Makes me wonder if there are any magic-like effects that a basitin would be a le to do; stuff like alchemy, or divination

Katfeathers

Tis a thought, but iirc we've seen magic needs to be used with control, or it starts to control the user. I might be wrong but that seems to be what mucks up non-western Basitins.

silver dragonia

well you gotta think if i learn more than jason here i could probably get more female basitins to fall for me though both of us must study hard to make it work

Kyle Cope

Ehehe They say "those that can't do, teach"
