Not with each other, but they are both enchanted. Nibbly is wearing a collar of Keidranification, while Sythe appears to be wearing a collar of femininity. Though they appear identical on the outside, their enchantments are different.

You just stood in the middle of my tavern while that squirrel girl nuzzled you and made adorable little squeaking sounds." Sythe: "But the place was packed! We were... promoting business! Drawing in crowds!" Adira: "Hmm. I suppose there was an increase in foot traffic to check out my cute new barmaids. Maybe we could work out an arrangement for a promotional deal? Though it might require... more investment." Sythe: *Blushy* "...H-how much more are we talking?" Adira: "Think you could teach Ms. Nutty over there to do the can-can?"
