Same here, not without a whole squad and some serious firepower, at least.

Guest455

I think it would come down to if they are a formal member of the Templar, or just temporary hired help.

K_D Lawrence

I kinda get why some kedran would throw their lot with humanity. Since humans don't require crystals to cast magic, it puts them on such a higher power scale than them.

Trollman906

That’s how some fans are. Sometimes their favorite character/thing in a book/show series is the person/thing that doesn’t have much story to it. It’s because of their lack of background knowledge that gives them their popularity.

MS Studios

Nice character designs inspiration of Japanese army.

Markvincible

Reference sheet for a one time character, but who knows maybe he’ll show up again in the future

Trenton Bushnell

Wouldn't those who do this for wealth be more in the "mercenary" category?

Spartan277

My God.. What a Glow Up XD

AetherSprite224

Now let's all vote for Booba-Edition--we'll call her 'Cobie'.

AstroChaos

Leave it to this fandom to pull a random character from a page from more than a decade ago and request art for them! 😁

Travis9x

I love it, it gives me an excuse to go back and re-read older chapters

Onyx Dragon 388

It might be fun to see him. Return having to work together with Syth after Trace takes back grand Templar title if that happens

Onyx Dragon 388

No, they work for the government. They’re just (contractors).

Onyx Dragon 388

I love it too but at the same time this dude appeared on like two pages. You love to see it.

ThingsAreMoving

Damn, Templars must be paying him well. Just look at all this fancy equipment!

AstroChaos

Totally, no hate here for it for sure!

Cora Bray

All these admirations on the drawing, why don't we all note the change in style and quality from mid 2011 to early 2023. Great work Tom. We love it.

Ordithus

I really like his design - the armor, the sword, and the floof. Lore!

KaiserDunk

Maybe the fancy gear IS his payment.
