i love how flora keeps getting teased by different bust size and i love how annoyed she is maybe i should befriend the snake and invite her in my home so she can live with me for free as long she helps me occassionally in making food and doing chores

For all Flora's insecurities, it seems Ms. Viper doesn't mind the way Flora looks one bit. In fact, judging by that blush (and that tongue) I think she wants to become very, eh-heh... close friends. I found a video explaining it in a scientific and lore friendly way. It’s his theory, but it makes sense. Basically the Vipers are all females, except for one male. As Enemies in previous games, do as you’re told or your race dies off. After the wars ended and the cruel evil Viper king killed during the war, in the era in which Chimera takes place, they basically became the Asari from Mass Effect. They genetically altered themselves to be more attractive to human males. Again I don’t think that’s official lore, but it makes perfect sense.
