At first I thought this was just a cute thing she did on stream, like patting herself on the head for beating a hard level. This though, I have to wonder if this is some sort of challenge. Like, "Pat her head nonstop for 12 hours straight" or something. ... Masks help her if she has to go to the bathroom. Doing that one-handed could get... interesting.
