That lynx boi does seem pretty laid... back. I suppose it's no wonder. I'm sure the Prince does an excellent job of ensuring he meets all of his consorts' needs. if one thinks of it another would think of an story so you're likely right about it atleast lt reed has some common ground with someone else who is also a woman or atleast she treats lt reed like as a sister or something like that

Cant,from the magical mishaps side comic,only the person who came in contact with the collar last can take it off,but I imagine it has a decent latch on it to prevent it from just falling off
