It would be funny to have a joke version of this where a Preggie Natani is in labor, is crushing Keith in her arms, saying "It's your fault so you get to share the pain!", While a midwife is shocked that the two had a kid (or more).

Ya I thought of that but it's got that pink shade in the white it kinda messes up the look of the final product.
