Judging by the garnish, the fizz, and the color of the drink - My best guess is a Mojito with butterfly pea flower extract. The pea flower extract is pH reactive and gives that same blue to purple color transition effect. Never seen a Mojito with pea flower in it, personally, but it's common enough in trendy cocktails that I wouldn't be surprised if someone has done it.

i do also wonder what kind of drink she bathes in but i'm more than happy to scrub her back when she needs to get rid of the alcohol and the only price i ask for is a hug and the bonus i hope to get is a smooch on the cheek
