Flora mentioned getting sick from bread in chapter two. But we have seen more than one baked treat being delivered in the past including cake. So it’s possible that there are different ways to make dessert that Kedran could eat safely

maybe it is a specific kind of flour or way keidran needs to have their cakes and breads being prepared and if i were a baker i'd have the keidran baked goods and human baked goods seperate so my customers would know which baked good they can buy i could have 2 rooms for the different baked goods and a second floor where i serve a variety of meals
