Still wondering about his past? why is he the way he is? how did he become so powerful? what on earth happened to make him this way?.

You may have a chance to find out in chapter 3. Maybe you want to know to better understand and help him...maybe you just want to know why he is such a cocky little shxt... maybe this info will open up many doors to some greater plots.

He knows your mind reading game...simply kissing him would not be a strong enough distraction anymore.

He doesn't forget easily

Does he even want you to know? he refuses to share every time you ask.

Maybe someone in the next chapter would gladly share with you, with the right motivation...how would this effect their relationship though?

You could remain silent, like a good little cheeky, and try piece the complex puzzle together yourself...but who ever got anywhere in this universe by playing it safe.

If it were me, I'd try to figure him out myself. Not read his mind but ask little questions and see how he reacts. Or go out and do some research on him. Not really ask anyone.

I'm asking the friend. He knows damn well the listener can read his mind. He's not going to react well to further invasions of his privacy, and I can hardly blame him. Silence is not an option to me, not if we want to know more any time soon, and I am an impatient little cheeky when my curiosity is aroused.

I mean, I'm a strong believer in both, "they'll tell me when they're ready" and "don't ask questions you don't want the answers to". I'd rather get my info from the source if at all, and you just *know* V's the type to resent you digging up info. That being said, I'm still a nosy little such-and-such. So do nothing...? Ugh.

Ugh such a hard decision. I would love to hear a flustered V when we have to distracted him to read his mind. But I don't want him to be mad at us. Ugh, I guess just wait silently like a good cheeky 😒 for now lol

Prying is NOT a way to get closer to someone, especially not V. While I would love to hear more of his thoughts on us, I would ALSO greatly dislike if someone went around trying to hear my inner most thoughts.... It feels like an invasion of privacy and it makes me feel BAD, no matter if it doesn't compare to what he'd done. And if he found it in himself to trust this friend, I'm doubtful we'd receive any answers from them either. (Besides, he's saved our lives AND promised to protect us from harm from the Corporation AND the Syndicate. Respecting his personal thoughts is the LEAST we could do.) Edit: I think if we can only read his mind if he allows us to, it establishes a certain amount of trust... Not to mention the times that he HAS slipped up brain wise is going to be MUCH funnier because it means that if we catch him - his thoughts are going to be much more honest.

How many good cheekies here... But no friend, no, there's something really, really wrong with the idea of asking anyone (they probably will try to kill and/or steal my/his power). But you know, I highly doubt he'll say us anything by his own, the man would prefer swallow a crystal
