Side-Project: VN - Hot Water (Patreon)

Hello - short introduction on this as we don't have too much to reveal yet. I'm currently working with Ichigo200 on some concept art and other details for his up-coming Visual Novel code-named "Hot Water" we hope to put out more information together on this as we get further along.

Here we have a character portrait of Shar:

Shar is an American metal guitarist from Indiana who is currently on tour with her band in Japan. She has an aggressive personality that can be both tough and vulnerable at times, as a typical tsundere type. Her style of dress is casual and often oversized, with a hoodie or other layers even when the weather is warm. She wears headphones almost constantly, which may lead people to believe she isn’t paying attention to her surroundings, but in reality she is acutely aware of everything going on around her.

With dark hair and a slender build, Shar is a striking presence onstage and off. Her confidence comes across as aloofness, but beneath the surface she is actually quite shy and insecure. She hides behind her tough exterior and mask of indifference, using her music as a way to cope with her inner turmoil. In Japan to experience the culture and soak up some well-deserved R&R, she is also hoping to find herself along the way.

At an onsen, Shar is out of her element and uncomfortably self-conscious about her body, especially in such a public space where nudity is expected. She is used to being armored in her own clothes, but here she must let go of her defenses and embrace the liberating sensation of soaking in the waters. Will she be able to open up and connect with others in this intimate setting? Or will she remain closed off, lost in her own world of music and memories?
