I don't mind if the cartoon features the dragon-lady waitress—that's fine, she's great—but when I read the title, I was thinking of something involving the goddess of sleep (the one associated with counting sheep)... and it got me thinking: what about something featuring her and the monster under the bed? They could be enemies (one scares people to keep them awake, while the other wants them to fall asleep), or perhaps—for once—the monster under the bed falls asleep on top of it, causing the goddess to appear... and maybe he can't stand her because (for instance) she talks too much, assuming they're friends... I think an interaction or relationship between the two could be interesting...
