I have managed to get past the queue part but when I immediately try to press "Continue", I get this error: "Oh no! Your session has expired. Please refresh the page and try again later. Reference Number: r8q8zOwWdBwJuQ71cqyQ:tuI4" Has anyone managed to buy a ticket?

I'm trying to book and every time it says my session has expired. This is happening across browsers and with extensions disabled. Help, me and my sister so excited to get tickets!

If anyone is having problems accessing the sale, you have to go on desktop! Not mobile. Found out the hard way.

Funnily enough the one that worked for me was only mobile. I have tried 5 browsers on desktop - clean new installs with no ad-blocks and none of them worked. Then I went through 7 browsers on mobile and the 8th worked. So around 5 tries each on 13 browsers totals to get 2 tickets...

Weird!! For me it was the opposite, no mobile browser worked but the first desktop browser I tried let me have tickets :(

Yay, I got the tickets! What wasn't so fun, was that it worked on my 65th or so try... I have so many browsers to uninstall now. I wish you had chosen a ticket site which wasn't so badly programmed...

All stalls are sold out so I’ll have to grit my teeth and climb the staircase to lower circle with my stick (way too much hassle using my wheelchair on the trains in London), but yay got tickets. Just have to force feed husband Magnus content for the next 12 months!

Love having the site claim that my payment method couldn't be charged and not reserve my tickets, still charge my card anyway for two so now I have no money, while also expiring the basket and the tickets have now sold out so I can't even try again. Great start to my day.

Woke up at 4am (Canadian) and checked the website but didn’t think to check here 😭 I’m kicking myself that I didn’t think to see if there was a Patreon link when the theatre website wasn’t working this morning - I could have gotten VIP 🥲 So glad I at least got a P1 ticket!!

I could only manage to get upper circle nosebleed seats but it’s WORTH IT. If you end up doing a tour and come up north I will get my act together and actually make sure I’m on the website as soon as they go live…

Oh no! All I did was click the link from the email I got from Patreon (opened in Gmail) and then opened it again in my Safari browser on mobile. So I went from Gmail to Safari - maybe the difference is that I didn’t use the link inside of Patreon itself? Or Safari somehow is working better than Chrome or Edge? Good luck and Godspeed 🫡
