I really hope we get a season 2! It's been so fun to just listen to what the RQ crew is interested in, it's a great podcast to just have in the background sometimes because of the good vibes! 💖 Wouldn't mind the episodes potentially being longer as well! I think it would work fine with 1½ hour episodes to 2 hour episodes 🌟 Thank you Helen for hosting a great season!

Smiley

Such a perfect way to end a killer first season. Rusty Quill has carved out a special place in my heart since I discovered you guys mid September, but I can say without hesitation that Enthusigasm is the show that has brought me the most joy in 2020. Thank you to everyone who was a part of making it possible, and hope to see y'all doing this in the new year! p.s. Helen deserves ALL the flowers, in case that was up for debate.

Sarah Allen

I haven't yet listened to all of the previous episodes, but the topic for this one drew my eye. What a lovely podcast! I do hope that there is a season two for this; the episodes I've listened to so far have been very enjoyable, and it seems like the cast loves them too! (And yes, give Helen some flowers)

sAZAndorable

This was so good 😭Thank you so much for this season! I'll miss this show, really hoping for a second season!

GugTheGoose

Thanks for taking the time to have some fun chats together for our benefit! I've really enjoyed all of these, and i love how they both make me cry laughing but also don't shy away from the difficult/uncomfortable aspects of the subject. I really hope there are more! Thanks again (throws a single red rose at Helen's feet like it's an opera)

Georgina Long

We always need more Helen and the Rusty Crew. Season 2! Season 2! Our very well-being depends upon it.

Cassidy

That was so lovely! Overall, an excellent season, very cosy and dynamic, with lots of interesting points and perspectives, which brought many smiles to my face while listening and allowed us to discover a bit more a few Rusty Quillers whom we hadn’t really had the pleasure to hear until now! I really liked the format, Helen is a fantastic host (give her so many flowers!), and I hope that there will be a season 2~

Tom Chaney

This is probably my favourite podcast already. It's been so lovely to hear people just sit around and talk about things they're passionate about. Fingers crossed and can't wait for season 2!

Cato

This season was a fantastic piece of bonus content for the year! I really loved every episode and I'd love to hear from more people about more topics. Helen does a beautiful job moderating and keeping the focus on positive joy while not ignoring or erasing the bad parts of something. If there is a second season I'd also love it if RQ could take the extra time pre-release to secure transcripts released synchronously with the episode like with Magnus and Stellar Firma. I understand that it's a big ask, but especially with the variety of voices on Enthusigasm, it would be a real help <3. Thanks again to Helen and the Enthusigasm Crew and Guests for making (one of) the best RQ shows ;)

Pia Marina

I absolutely loved this series, Helen is doing such a good job hosting and it's been delightful to listen to everyone geeking about their favourite things. This latest episode got me inspired to give online dating another shot and that's been really rather fun :) I'd love to hear even more about lord of the rings, for all I care I'd take another 12 episodes with just that!

John Caputo

I LOVE this show. Helen is such a lovely host, and the idea of coming together to talk about things we love, in an era where we seem to spend an inordinate amount of time talking about things we emphatically don't love, is just so beautiful. Thank you Helen and the team!

Katherine Bullen

This is one of the highlights of my week! Please come back for season 2!

ketenkusu

This series is amazing! It's super comforting and inspiring and I am desperate for more.

Gilligan Mungus

Also more Helen!!! As if there’s even a question to us Rusty Quill fans wanting another season of Enthusigasm. Sheesh!!! Just give Helen all of the resources and we’ll be happy. 😁💜😁

ak

Miria

Thank you so so so much for making this show, it’s been so wonderful to get to listen to you all hang out and talk about topics of your (and our) interest — please may we have another season? 🥺💜

Audrey Ostenson

I love this series so much! It gave me something to look forward to at the end of every week. The Community episode was a particular favorite, as was the Buffy one (I've never even watched the show, I just loved to hear the cast's stories about it). It's wonderful to hear the crew talk about their passions, and Helen is the best host we could hope for. I would be very excited to see a season two -- especially one with two hour long episodes!

Neil Kelly

More Enthusigasm! Such a delightful show!

niblick_iii

I've loved every episode, especially the ones that felt like listening in on the nerdy conversations I have with my friends when we can be in the same room. Would loooooooove a season 2!

Cyrite

Ahgbri Kanatist

Yes please to the second season! I love hearing everyone chatting about the things they're excited about, it's very soothing to just listen to people that you like talking about the things that they like. It has also been a great way to get to know some of the people behind the scenes in RQ. 11/10, would listen again.

Redd

Oh. Oh yes, absolutely, please have a second season. This show quickly became my go-to serotonin boost and brain break when needed, and I can't wait to see what sort of shenanigans Helen and co. get in to if given a chance

OnlyHereForTheHadesStream

I am still not done listening to all the episodes, but I thoroughly enjoyed the nones I have listened to so far. :) I really hope this is coming back for a second season!

Miranda B.

This show is a delight, and I would listen to many, many seasons. Hearing from people in a variety of departments at RQ is a really nice reminder that a lot of work from a lot of people goes into doing what you do. The conversational format makes it really feel like a bonus because it's a little more personal too. Ms. Gould is wonderful, and doing a fantastic job as a host.

Alexandra DeCarlo

This is such a good show. This is the one show where I am guaranteed to be in a better mood after watching it. It is just so fun? And everyone in it sounds like they are also having fun. Great to listen to even if I know pretty much nothing about the topic. Would love a season 2

CompostWitch

I think my favorite eps of Enthusigasm were the ones where y'all got really pretentious about fiction and media, because you're all fairly sophisticated consumers of fiction and I can learn a lot from you! But, of course, it's fun to have that spaced out with more down-to-earth stuff like this Dating episode XD

Sidney

This show was delightful and so much fun to listen to! I hope we hear more of it soon!

Jess Nicolazzo

This show has been so much fun! As an Aussie I get to listen to it every Saturday morning which is so pleasant and a great way to start my weekend! Helen is such a delightful host and all the topics so far have been a joy to listen too (even the ones I don’t know that much about!) Hope to hear more soon 😍

Lauren Allen

I really enjoyed listening to this show and getting to hear different RQ crew members interacting with each other. Episode 12 was my favorite thanks to the entertaining stories!

Enea

this show was super enjoyable. i haven't listened to all the episodes, but definitely its wonderful to hear u folks talk about stuff you like/interesting things

Benjamin Rawls

Really enjoyed this series, hope to see more of it.

Livie Martin

i always enjoyed listening to the behind the scenes talks in the other podcasts because of the chill vibes of friends just chatting to each other, and enthusigasm is just a more concentrated version of that. this is me saying i would love more of these.

TakYelgif

I really just loved this series run, and hope to hear more soon!

D

I really loved this show, and I hope that it comes back for a second season! Even the episodes about topics that I didn't know anything about were really fun to listen to. Helen was such a great host, and I loved the synergy between a lot of the groups. (The LotR and Austen episodes were my favorites, I think.)

Bookwyrm

This was an awesome addition to my monotonous work day! Gave me a good laugh for an hour each morning while doing mindless work! Please come back for more with Helen "One of the Best Rusty Quillers" and the rest of the crew!

Autumn Brooks

I definitely enjoyed listening to this series and would love to hear more! It fulfills that desire to be in a room with a bunch of friends chatting. (I know that’s sound sad, but it’s nice!)

ontologicallyunjust

Please more Enthusigasm, I've really loved it! Helen's an outstanding host.

nikk0l

I really enjoy listening to the series and hope there will be more

Jessica Longaker

Absolutely love this show, I hope we get more!

Haven't had time to catch up on the full run of Enthusigasm yet, but it's some of my favourite Patron content. Would love to get more & see Helen continue in hosting capacity here or elsewhere--she's great! Love to listen to this while cooking or doing chores to brighten up the end of a workday. <3

twigletsaregreattoeat

Helen and her guests have been wonderful, enthusiastic and entertaining. Would absolutely love more episodes.

Caitlin Knight

These have been so so good!! Really hoping for more seasons! 🖤

mileaftermile

Hope that this comes back for another season! We are all love Helen ❤️

Pine Hutch

I've really enjoyed Enthusigasm. Helen's a wonderful host, and the format - casual and loosely moderated discussion amongst friendly enthusiasts with varying expertise on a subject - is a great alternative to the 'deep dive' non-fiction podcasts that are so common. It balances slice-of-life and specialist humour in a way that's really organic and comfortable, and even on the level of its premise, it's almost guaranteed to be fun. I've always loved listening to people talk about their enthusiasms (I'm a nerd for nerds, some kind of meta-geek) so the show does strike that particular chord in me. I don't think this is a bad thing, though: the world could use more podcasts for enthusiastic generalists to break up some of the overwhelmingly focused content out there!

Gwendoline Esther

Oh Lord please tell me there's more. Enthusigasm is very genuinely one of the main deciding factors in my extending my patreon subscription. It is SO good! Helen is beyond my mortal capabilities of compliments; she really does have the most uncanny knack for hosting and every episode, I can absolutely trust that as a listener, I am in absolutely trustworthy, capable hands. Each episode just increases my love and loyalty for the Rusty Towers family and I honestly wish this, or some version of this, could be released to everyone as another Rusty Quill staple podcast. I could quite honestly ramble on in praise forever so I'm gonna stop myself here 😂♥️

Victoria Jackson

Finally managed to catch up, absolutely love this show and hope there's a second season :)

Claire Voss

I swear this is always like listening to a room full of my best friends talking. I love the sharing of the shit days and the best days, because only true friends can laugh and cry over both with no holds barred. Thanks for always making me grin, and weirdly trying to hop into the convo even tho it's a podcast. Y'all have welcome at our house if you ever tour through Vegas!
