the idea that wilde could ever be outdrama-ed when he's wearing the outrageous rainbow ruff robes is honestly inconceivable and it'll never happen in my heart

sAZAndorable

Absolutely furious about this NPC, in the best of way :D

Ollie of the Beholder

As soon as he said what to call him, I connected it with the episode title and stared into my cubicle wall like it was the camera on The Office. I both love and hate Alex for this, as usual.

Vex Harper

This is the first time I’ve listened to an episode the day it drops!!! Extremely excited. I missed the intro music,,

blizzardontenthavenue

Does anyone know how that author's last name is spelled? (I'm sorry, I have a really hard time understanding English at times so I couldn't hear it)

Fitzlet

Alex: "laughable amounts of blood" Bryn: starts laughing Me: "Not literally, Bryn!"

Melissa Asher

Geoffrey Chaucer! He was a famous medieval author.

Melissa Asher

Azu! You can't just ASK people if they should be dead! What a delightful episode. Though just fyi, the outro still says "Join our community on the Discord" at one point : (

GugTheGoose

Just FYI, I *don't* have audio processing problems but I really struggled to parse the voice of... well, to avoid spoilers, Nuff Nuff

oddlyspecific

I loved the episode (as always) but is there any chance of a transcript for the Jeff lines, I have very little idea of what was said

Glenntropy

Absolutely buck wild(e)

Dr Lou

I support Lydia's info slurping ways.

Thanks for letting us know! We've uploaded a new version with adjusted audio effects.

Rusty Quill

Hi there! We've just uploaded a new version with adjusted audio effects - should be easier to understand now.

Lark

Absolutely!

Of all the possible meanings of that title, I admit that "accidental lich Geoffrey Chaucer" had not occurred to me.

Also he's buried in Westminster Abbey. Which, for people who don't know London, is right next to Parliament and Big Ben (the bongs they heard through the bulb). So, right location to be affected by any weird necromantic and/or planar stuff going on there. It’s also all a few minutes’ walk from where the Magnus Institute is (fictionally) located. Which is probably not relevant, just funny.
