I don't think it's an anagram. The string is 20 characters long, which is consistent with the strings that were previously on the pre-launch trailer and Goodbye for Now. I suspect those were simply posted too early, and the 20-character strings are part of a longer cypher which is as yet incomplete.

Goodbye For Now may have changed, it was a base 32 encode of a base 64 encode; when decoded it became “This one was an accident. Sorry -_-“ this one seems unusual because it’s all lowercase letters, in contrast to the others which have been Base64 encoded strings
