On the lottery, we had a case in the UK where someone stole a credit card then bought a winning lottery ticket with it. There was a large legal battle to see who the winnings would go to.

T Rex is exclusively from north america. It has relatives in asia but that species is only north america. The feather thing is because many close relatives, even large ones do have significant or definitive evidence for feathering in adulthood and there's evidence for younger t rex having it so it really all depends on how you interpret that data for yourself at the end of the day it's up to you personally as no direct evidence of adult rexes having feathers for sure yes or no just the relatives and younger ones. It's not crazy to think it didn't dinosaurs have crazy ontegeny many species were thought to be different but are now argued or mostly agreed on being same species at different ages sometimes the change is very drastic so completely losing feathers isn't unthinkable.
