Reworked FPS GameSpeed calculations. (They should be more accurated)

Fixed inconsistencies in FPS calculations.

Fixed Climb speed inconsistencies.

Fixed Stamina Inconsistencies.

Fixed Flying Jitter.

Improved FPS stutters.

Fixed many other small FPS issues.

Improved 30 and 60 FPS caps respectively.

Improved Frametimes for 30 and 60 FPS respectively.

Fixed resolution switching not working correctly on versions past 1.1.0

I recommend giving the previous pre-releases a look to know everything that has happened in between beta 4 and 7. These versions are focused on fixing the current standing issues before i push the release version. This version focused on improving DFPS and SWITCH. It also fixed some internal resolution issues in the meantime.
