i had soooo much fun with this one and i ended up chatting to stream about what would have led up to the moment and managed to get in a little comic as well!! 

cruella couldn't help but bend to anita's whim and help her make her costume with her tailoring skills, she didn't realise /she/ was also expected to dress up so last minute costume had to be done!
