WIP: OTV page 19 (Patreon)

Just a WIP.  That last panel will have an animation added to it.  Notice a pattern in those papers?

It should be easier to see when it's all coloured and such.

(by the way, the wingdings on the left says "FINAL DESIGN?" underneath 'looks dumb' it says "THANK YOU FOR THE INPUT, JERK"  and on the right it says "PROJECT ESCAPE")

I hope to add more dialogue, and maybe edit what's there. XD
