I think Emma and Jean are very used to being the characters that others lean on, Scott especially, but I think that because of their powers they’re the only two that can actually understand each other on the level they need to. I think when Scott’s having a bad day he goes to Jean or Emma, but when Jean has a bad day she goes to Emma and vise versa. I also think they’re very similar characters ethos wise. Massively loving and passionate, but to a point that is pulls big rage out of them. I could talk about them for hours lol.

I admit the tall/smol and doomed nature of Colossus/Shadowcat always spoke to me. Seriously crushed on Siryn and thought she deserved better than Jamie (Multiple Man). I also always found Abigal Brand and Beast a bit of a fun pairing.

Kitty/Ilyana and Rachel/Betsy are two really great X-Men ships (the latter of which was canonized by Tini Howard's run on Excalibur and its miniseries sequels, the former of which came close, but no cigar. We'll get all of the X-Men to be properly gay/bi someday!). Maddie Pryor/Alex Summers is also really great if you want to engage in some classic Goblin Queen stuff (those Summers brothers, they live to serve).

Wearing pants during 69 defeats the purpose of doing 69. If I was Gambit, I'd be pretty disappointed that Rogue's naked ass isn't suffocating my face. And yes, I know her powers don't allow for that, but at least have something to look at.
