MAY 2017 - Quick Content Update (Patreon)

So about that Devil May Cry 4 Design video... What I intended to just be some kind of quick 8-10 minute essay turned into a huge 4k word script. Honestly I lost a bit faith in it, I think there are a lot of nuggets of truth in there, but I'm not 100% sure I'm happy with the concept and the overall message of the video. I might wait until after E3 to continue that project, incase there are any DMC announcements... we can only hope...

Luckily though we broke the Resident Evil design series goal! I've jumped over to that project for now, and to be honest I'm really enjoying it! I've recorded all the gameplay footage of the first game - both campaigns - and ironically have written a script for the first episode that's also about 4K words.

The first episode is setting up a lot of basics for the video series, so it will be bogged down with a little more excess content than future episodes. The idea is to make each video on a single game and then reflect back on how it changed from its predecessors. So while the first episode on RE1 probably won't blow your mind with hot takes lefts and right, it will be the beginning of what will hopefully be a comprehensive franchise overview.

Taking a closer look at RE1 is already proving fascinating and I can't wait to share it with you guys. Until then!
