2020 TGBS UPDATE - UPCOMING VIDEOS, CHANNEL FUTURE (Patreon)
Content
So, no video update for the beginning of this year, I'm a little too busy on proper projects, but I did want to update you all on what 2020 is gonna be looking like for the TGBS channel.
One thing I wanted to do after the Devil May Cry 5 video was move into new areas for the channel, covering games not seen on TGBS before, or on most of Youtube for that matter. My initial thoughts were that this would result in easier, quicker to make videos, where I'd touch on the unique aspects of some different or weirder stuff and there wouldn't be the pressure to talk at length about the intricacies of franchises I'm super familiar with. This would in tern allow me to finish up older video series, covering franchises I'm more well known for talking about on the side, while I dabble in the new stuff.
Unfortunately the content on the wild card games like Another Code, Nocturne, Conan, Blood+, etc... filled up my schedule more than expected, pushing back ongoing projects once again.
So for 2020, enough is enough, I'm gonna go all in on the outstanding projects. We'll be going in hard on the classic TGBS franchises and making the best videos ever made on those subjects for TGBS 2020:

The issue is that before really going all in on a daunting big project follow-up, I'll think to myself, "hey before I do that, I could quickly do a video on this smaller game to pump out a bit more content", and then that smaller video becomes my focus for too long.
Starting 2020, I'm going to be focusing just on the big dogs until they're all done.
I have one last niche video, that should be out in the next few days. Here's the timeline:

Just to set expectations accordingly, it's on the Terminal Reality Blair Witch game. Even if that subject isn't up your alley, I recommend watching if you're any type of horror game fan; I'll be touching on some interesting elements of the genre's design. This should have been out earlier in December, but the Holiday season slowed things down.
After this though the 2020 classic throw-down begins, starting with:
-A January video tradition ;)
-Resident Evil Evil RTTRL
-The 6 Game Retrospective
-In-Depth look at a Famous Horror Sequel
Not having an RTTRL done in a year is the promise I'm most upset about breaking, but finally technical difficulties are falling away , and soon you will be graced with a new entry. As for the 6 game retrospective, this will be on a big franchise, and one not covered before on the channel, so I think it will deserve its place in this year's line up of BIG game videos.
I feel revitalised by the new decade, and I want to give you all the best year yet for TGBS content.
