Video Production Update July 1st 2020 (Patreon)

Just wanted to give everyone a quick update on how the Killzone video is doing.

I've been working all month on it, but took a few days off to avoid burning out on it. I used the time to play through the Last of Us Part 2 which Insider Backers can watch my Patreon exclusive video review for here.

As for Killzone, I finished the script, recorded all the audio and edited that audio down.

Looks like the video is gonna be about an hour long. I spent extra time on the script to hopefully avoid having to make too many alterations to the video later in the edit. Hopefully putting the rest together from here will be relatively painless. I'm gonna try and get all the clips in there this week. After getting all the audio done I just needed a break from this project though, hence my Last of Us vacation, but I'm back on Killzone full time now.

Legend Backers also got to vote on the order of the next videos post Killzone. I've closed the poll now and here are the results.

Unsurprisingly Overblood 2 is at the top of the list.

This means the next videos will be Killzone, Overblood 2, Ratchet and Clank 2, Ninja Gaiden 3 and God of war Ascension - in that order.

After those 5 videos release we'll do another vote for the next 4 videos.

Anyway, I'll get back to work, thank you for backing during these long production schedules. I feel like I'm getting to make some of my best work yet thanks to this flexibility, some really meaty videos! After Killzone though I hope to start pumping the main channel vids out at least once a month again. SH2 had so much to talk about, Resident Evil Remake had all the graphs to draw and edit and Killzone features multiple games, so those projects take took/take a long time to make. Hopefully the videos to come immediately after Killzone won't take as long to produce.
