Video Production Update July 22nd 2021 (Patreon)

Time for another look at where we're at with the current projects. Here's a refresher on what's coming for those who don't know:

My focus has basically just been on Kingdom Hearts and I can finally I say I have all the footage. Nearly 500Gbs worth.

I've captured 100% of the game on Expert mode and I honestly can't believe I'm finally done.

I guess I don't really have much else to say except to let you know this is what I've been dumping my hours into lately. My time says 50 hours but taking into account reloads it's probably a bit more... but only JUST a bit.
I've had a lot to say about Kingdom Hearts 1 for years and this replay solidified a lot of those thoughts as well as generating brand new ones, so I'm more excited than ever to get this review out.
If you haven't played the game yet then I recommend giving it a go since I will be covering the entire thing in detail. As mentioned before we'll be using the original western release of the game on PS2 for this analysis so keep that in mind. A lot was changed/added in the final-mix version which came out in Japan shortly after and was re-released in the west on PS3 and PS4 a few years ago.
As for other projects, I've been wanting to dig into Scarlet Nexus for a possible Patreon video but I've barely had any time to play.
I want to finish up the Dino Crisis playthrough on here but I'm scared to jump back in since I got totally stuck in the last part. I'm determined to beat the game without looking anything up so I may have to edit the next part a bit to cut out my aimless wondering and note taking. I'll just have to grit my teeth and get it done soon.
I'm going back to just focusing on one video at a time. Trying to work on 3 videos at once like I tried to do with Ratchet 2, Ninja Gaiden 3 and GoW: Ascension, I don't think really elicited any kind of faster release schedule. I think it was an experiment worth trying however.
If you want to hear more from me, a reminder that I've been streaming on Twitch. I've started a marathon of the Sonic games over there. I figured my first run through of the franchise from the start would be cool to share. Friendship ended with that other platforming animal guy so I'm trying out another.
Anyway I'll catch you guys soon. Apologies this is taking so long, KH is one of the bigger games I've covered on the channel. I want to make this video something special that will hopefully both remind you why you may love the game already while also giving you some new things to think about when it comes to this classic title.
Peace.
