Windbind - Evocation Cantrip (Patreon)

Hey friends!

I've created a grappling cantrip before, but it worked quite a bit differently (see Reaching Roots in Grimoire Vol. 1). This time you can grapple at a fairly substantial range, and you also have the option to pop off some free damage as an action during the duration at the cost of ending the spell.
