Two New Spells: Runebolts & Runespark Shield - Some martial caster magics! (Patreon)

Hey patrons! I've been quiet while I try to make it until I return to the US in three days. Although today is actually moving day for me, I caught some early morning inspiration, so here's two new spells for you <3

Runebolts - A counterpart to Flame Arrows that isn't damage focused, but also doesn't require concentration. To be honest, Flame Arrows probably also shouldn't require concentration...

Runespark Shield - A proactive, defensive cantrip with retaliate damage and multiattack defense built in. It might seem scary when you see Stunned in a cantrip, but the context is key. The only thing Stunned is going to do here is prevent it from using multiattack, and maybe from taking a bonus action or movement depending on the order of the target's turn / how smart they are.
