What about a little brother that gets forced to dress as his older sisters’ little sister and thanks to that, discovers he wants that too.

An adult son swaps roles with his mother while she's sick so that she doesn't miss her overseas job trip. His step dad isn't aware of the swap and goes to surprise his "wife" with a romantic evening that leads to the son discovering things about himself and trying to prevent his step dad from discovering his secret. Meanwhile mom starts to feel better and jokingly dresses in her son's clothes. Goes to the gym as him and is approached by a lady at the gym who has a crush on her son and thinks she is him.

How about more of witness protection “or” A widowed female professor gets a job at a prestigious girls university and her children get free education as part of her employment but she has a problem she has twins a girl and a boy and can’t afford to send her son to a boys university until she’s paid off the medical bills from her deceased husband and that will take her at least three years to pay off So she forces her son to dress like a girl so he can get the same education but her son comes to realise he likes to dress in girls clothes but still likes girls sexually but is unsure about guys he finds some attractive but isn’t sure if it’s sexually or just because it’s what his classmates think about guys

Maybe one were two male school friends witness a crime and are put into witness protection as a young married couple. They will have to deal with things like paying the bills. interacting with the neighbours. the boy that is now the wife will also have to deal with all the troubles that a woman deals with.
