I really hope those 2 get a punishment severe enough they regret being born. Also poor billie Like thats so horrible immediately after she was finally happy in this body she has a severely bad experience. Its like that kyle and that dude was there but still This is horrible We can only hope that kyle provides the proper care for her now.

I like the character building. This is a story where everybody gets hurt, but it now looks like Billie is now the one in charge and that Billy is slowly disappearing into the background - no matter the physical appearance. She may even end up cross dressing when in male mode. No matter what she decides it still should stabilise her as a person, and make it easier for Kyle to handle the daily gender swapping.
