The Start of the BIGGEST Sail of Our Lives | PATRONS ONLY | (Patreon)

Apologies for two weeks of no videos crew! After spending so much time at sea, the videos we had uploaded in advance ran out before we arrived in Nuka Hiva, French Polynesia. This week we explore an unknown city for us, Panama City, Panama. It is truly unreal to discover new cities and the histories behind them. We pinch ourselves every time we get to see a new place. After completing much preparation we embark on what will be one of the biggest sails of our life's. Panama City to French Polynesia is normally around 3800 miles but because of the time of year we actually plan to take a much longer rout first heading south to Ecuador to pick up the trade winds. With the Hydrovane in full operation we start gliding towards an anchorage to clean the hull but make a last minute decision to keep sailing in order to take advantage of the very good wind pushing southward.
