This week we celebrate being on anchor again by exploring the beautiful island of Nuku Hiva in French Polynesia. The first two, three days after arriving we didn’t do much but sleep and eat. But after our recovery we wanted to explore the beautiful green island we were anchored at. There was a hike around the side of island we had heard was particularly nice, but what was the directions again? Trying to fit in on the Pacific island we placed a flower behind our ears and started walking. Facing all kinds of weather and animals along the way we finally retched the top. WOW. In loss of words, pinch me!? Kieran thinks that we are walking in a barrel of a wave and gives he's very own take of a "barrel sound". I of course found a baby cow to cuddle with, he really liked the taste of me (haha). Back on Merewether Kieran wanted to clean the haul. Borrowing a hookah system from Kevin at the yacht service he took on the mission. What a breeze, it worked perfectly! Taking a second to pay our respects to our fellow crew. Our Patreons.
