I have two comments about this method of awarding pictures. Firstly you reveal how much money everyone has pledged which is information that (as far as I can tell) isn't normally available. Now my cousin will be able to see what a cheap skate I am, donating a mere 10$ compared to her 25$. Secondly, it feels like it will be a bit too easy for the big donors to win most of the pictures if they feel like it when using a 1-1 relationship between amount donated and opportunities of winning. A logarithmic relationship might work better if this is an issue.

Oh! I actually hadn't realised that! It's not really secret, since you can tell someone's pledge by whether they appear in the video description, in the video, or are thanked personally. But I take your point, I don't want to be revealing information people expected to be private!
