Hey everybody! I had already spoken on twitter a little bit and you may have surmised at this point but 2021-2022 was...a very, very long breakdown for me. I managed to keep doing art a little bit into the pandemic but you don't need me to tell you that there was a loooong stretch of me being all "I'm BACK" and then announcing stuff and maybe dropping some concepts and then disappearing again. It was pretty fuckin' bad and I kept pretending it was a momentary setback with you all and I'm so sorry. I wasn't being honest with you folks or with myself in terms of what I was capable of and was instead just piling burnout on top of more burnout all while pretending I had already done the work of getting better. It's still a process but art is at the very least once again a place where I can go to feel better--something I actively want to do instead of something I felt I had to do.I say this uncomfortably often but I'm really sorry for the back and forth and its for that reason that I'm not going to be announcing any major projects for a little while, since I still have to get into fighting shape. But what I WILL be doing is drawing every day--whether it's working on something from the day before or just doodling and practicing, I will be doing everything I can to keep that chain unbroken from here on in. It doesn't mean daily updates but it does mean I'll be wrapping everything up into a weekly art dump and posting it here in full resolution. Basically we're going to go back to my old days of "I'm just a humble wiener artist and there's not much else to say," for a while until it feels right to do something bigger.

As always you can see most of my work publicly as I still maintain the personal preference of having as little paywall as possible (emphasis on "personal preference" there is NOTHING wrong with withholding your own work until someone pays you for it--make your money, it's a hard world out there), and this patreon is a means for people to access my back catalogue of comics, to see things in their full resolution, or just for people who want a way to support me.I'm incredibly grateful (you seriously can't ever know) for the people who stayed and kept me afloat during the near-complete dead air. To those who are new or maybe coming back once they heard/saw I was working again, THANK YOU and I hope you enjoy my art.There will be considerably less text with the next update, but the tl;dr version is this: I've been gone for like, ever. I'm very very sorry. I'm very very grateful you're here. Current system will be collections of artwork from the week every Monday. Some weeks may have more than others but I will be doing everything I can to be always making *something*. I'll be looking into how to reorganize tiers soon but fully colored/rendered images will definitely get PSD collections in the 10$ tier.
