nippon sangoku’s op is what got me into the show and i could not be happier i chose to watch it, def my favorite show of the season and prob my fav opening also i believe the yomi no tsugai artists did something interesting where they swapped vocalists for the opening and endings, so vaundy also sang the ending while yama (the ending’s original artist) sang the opening. it’s super neat, especially considering what the show is about.

I think you would enjoy the Needy girl overdose, It has pretty similar ( French movie like )direction like Monogatari, that you would enjoy and it’s most intriguing new series this season for sure

2nd Prettiest takes on a whole different experience when you realize it’s not a romcom but it’s actually a critique about how the societal Japanese expectations of “read the room” and “don’t stand out” creates an environment where kids get kinda fucked up in their formative years…

Kinda wish the liar game op had been on here since its yorushika but at the same time the actual opening isn’t all that, you’d have a better time watching the released music video for the song. I feel like most of these are just really not my taste, I can recognize they sound good but I really don’t vibe too much with the more chaotic songs. Maybe they’ll grow on me over time
