Hey folks!

As promised I will do a patreon exclusive class taught by myself.  This will be available to all tiers.  

It will be 90 min covering frontbends and all splits.  The date will be Dec 9th and I need help determining a time. 


please please please only vote if you intend on joining and participating. I don’t want anyone just sitting and watching. That could be uncomfortable for those who actually want to train.

this class will be recorded so no worries if you miss it 😊
